What is your name or handle on the official Bioware Forums

How did you find out about The Snark Side?

What are your goals with The Snark Side? What are your goals for the game in general?

Have you been part of a SWTOR guild before? Why did you leave/are you leaving your current guild? Briefly describe your guild history in SWTOR.

What previous raid experience do you have in SWTOR or in another MMO? The short version of past MMO experience is fine.

Please list your current expected obligations that might interfere with scheduling raids, including any gaming commitments in and out of SWTOR and RL committments (such as a bowling league night).

Do you currently have or contribute to, or have you ever had or contributed to, a gaming-related website or blog. Please provide links, if possible.

Have you read and agreed to the Raiding Guidelines including meeting standards of preparedness and self-evaluation?

Do you have an authenticator attached to your account? (This is not mandatory, and we know authenticators are difficult to get at this time.)

We will be using voice chat for raiding. Do you have a microphone? Are you willing to install the appropriate voice chat program and get a microphone if you do not already have one?
